I know with all of the resort options on Disney property, the decision can seem overwhelming. Well in this series I want to go over some of my favorite resorts I have personally stayed at and continue to go back to again and again!

To kick off this series lets start with the value category. Now don’t let the name fool you, even though this category is at the bottom of the totem poll, It does not mean that it is bottom tier in quality. A Disney Value resort is still full of magic, in fact kids tend to love staying at value resorts because of the amazing larger than life theming.

My favorite resort in this category is going to have to go to Pop Century. Pop Century has super fun theming dedicated to all of the decades before us… 70s, 80s, and more! It’s really nostalgia every where you look!I love Pop Century really for its sky-liner access. Having that second form of Disney transportation is super important to me. The skyliner is super nice when traveling with little ones because trollers can just roll right on.

Pop Century offers cafeteria styler dining, several pools, an arcade, and pool side bars for the adults.

Although value resorts don't have as many amenities as some of the moderate and Deluxe, you will definitely have everything you need.

Rooms at value resorts can be a little on the smaller side, but if you’re the type of Disney goer that prefers to spend all your time at the park anyway.. who really cares if you’re just sleeping there any way.
