We had a wonderful experience using Johnnie Herring at Vincent Vacations to book a cruise for us. She was able to find a cruise leaving from the location that we requested and in the time frame that we needed. Johnnie took care of every detail. Found us a great deal, so we were able to enjoy a balcony room. She stayed in touch with us to be sure we didn't miss any details. I usually book all my own trips. This was a much better experience and look forward to using Johnnie in the future.

Whenever we had a question or concern not only did she answer promptly, but also was prepared with alternative options. The first flight on our first day of our trip was delayed by 6 hours, risking us missing our connection to Iceland. Johnnie was communicating with us the whole time and quickly found other options if our flight wasn’t going to take off. This is just one example of how well Johnnie helped us thought this trip. She kept us informed throughout the process, this was our first cruise experience, and she walked us through our options. Her attention to detail was impeccable. She cheerfully welcomed my many questions and dutifully made sure everything was as we expected. One example of her attention to detail occurred on our flight back home. She apparently kept up with our travels and observed we would miss a connecting flight in Dallas. I received an email notifying me of this when we landed in Seattle and she advised us to get a different connecting flight to meet our needs.
