Where do we begin? Chastity was fantastic to work with from the beginning of planning our trip to during our trip and even coming back home. She never had experience with our hotel and went above and beyond by researching everything for us to make our stay even better. She was so prompt in returning emails and calls and so organized at sending our entire itinerary to us. We stayed at Grand Princess Rivera and it was truly beautiful. The food was great, the rooms were very nice and the drinks were top notch. The environment was so peaceful and relaxing. It is a great resort for just adults wanting a trip but it is also very kid friendly as well. There is quite the variety offered at this hotel. The animal life is truly amazing on the property and one experience you won’t forget. We highly recommend this resort and highly recommend working with Chastity for any of your vacation needs! Chastity Debro is amazing!! We booked a trip to Aruba. Another passenger on our first flight from OKC to CLT had a major medical emergency causing us to miss our connecting flight. Chastity did everything to try to get us out the same day, but when she was unable to do so she was able to get our trip extended an extra day and our flights home changed at no additional charge. We recently got home from a wonderful vacation that Travel by Chas with Vincent Vacations booked for us. We went to Cancun, Mexico. She got us 2 really fun excursions. One to an island by boat, and another to Xplor park where we swam in a cave and zip lined. Our resort was amazing. She did all the work to find a good one that fit our needs.
